"A decent sized, comfortable room within walking distance of the station. Room was really quiet but adjacent piazza has food/bar so very convenient. Breakfast left in room was fine if basic, fridge provided. Would stay here again on a visit to Pisa."
"The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in an adorable cafe with very yummy breakfast. I would recommend staying here 😊"
"Very nice place with parking available in the surroundings. Federico, the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and neat as shown in the pictures. Would stay here again. "

"So glad we were able to move to this hotel for easy access to train station. Only issue was air conditioning did not work in our room. We were given a fan which was helpful "
"Sara at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond. Located across the street from the Tower, church and museums, so the location could not be better. Very clean, comfortable room. "
"I booked the accommodation through Orbitz. After taking payment, I received an email stating that there was no receptionist and we would have to gain entry using emailed codes etc. This should be declared up front, not after payment has been received. We saw a helpful member of staff on the day we were entering. On checkout, nobody was around and I did not know whether my codes would work while storing bags. Someone picked up the phone eventually and the codes did continue to work for the rest of the day, but she had no idea about taxies to the airport, travel to the airport etc. The maid could not speak English or Spanish, only Italian. I would not stay there again, as the daily charge was high compared to the service provided. "
"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
"Great hotel in the centre of Pisa. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room very clean. We stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious & bathroom had 2 sink & mirror areas which were separated by a wall which made drying hair much easier as no steam from shower if you bring your own hairdryer. Otherwise, hairdryer is in main bathroom. Ladies don’t forget to bring hair conditioner as with most hotels these days, only shampoo & shower gel provided. Breakfast great. Hotel very close to lots of restaurants & an 8 min stroll to leaning tower of Pisa, & a 20 min walk from railway station. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The hotel was within walking distance from the train station. The reception desk was very helpful with information. There was a large luggage room to drop off cases, which allowed us to explore Pisa further after check out time."
"We loved how close and convenient the hotel location is to all attractions. Loved the A/C at night since it was hot. However, we Wish we had a small coffee pot and complimentary coffee and complimentary still water in our room. "
