"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious.
The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant.
Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant.
The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant.

"We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. Wish we had spent a couple more days at this resort. "

room was okay, no TV, no AC.
service was slow
The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area.
The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. "
