"Tidy room, super handy to things like supermarket, mall etc. The team were lovely. Shower was a little luke warm, but that was sorted. The restaurant was good! Great burger 🍔 "

"Staff attitude was very rude I paid deposit and then they tried to take my Visa card details and write it down saying she will give my deposit back that way which was very odd therefor I didn’t give it then when I got my deposit back all I had to do was swipe my card after she swiped their business card so watch for this if I had given my details who knows what charges I would’ve gotten, once I checked in my room the cleanliness was 1/10 and lastly the cleaning ladies were so disrespectful as I was sitting on the chair outside the room they were laughing and making snarky comments towards me I’m still unsure why but they stopped once I pulled the camera out and started recording their behaviour. I would not recommend 100%"

"I had read the reviews for this property and was prepared. It’s an old property sadly in need of an upgrade. Not good if it’s your first impression of NZ. I picked it for our last night before an early am flight so it was about convenience. Room quite dated with not so comfy bed. Clean though. Bathroom old and tired but clean. Minimal outlet points for charging devices - something needed before or after a flight! Has wooden floors and we could hear the group upstairs running along the corridor late into the night. Good parking. Has a bar and restaurant on site with a limited menu. But better than nothing after a long flight. "

"Disappointed no one is present at 4.30pm check in on Saturdays Need to phone for number to enter and gain key for safe. Unfortunately they only provided one key which meant we couldn’t achieve what we wanted as had to leave together otherwise there would be no power / lights for the other persons "
