Light over kitchen flickered. The tv kept changing volume of its own accord. Toilet seat was cracked.The fridge was unsteady and a door shelf in the fridge was broken. Otherwise nice spacious and comfortable room but needed a bit of maintenance undertaken. Handy location

The room was clean, but a little dated, but the 2 person hot tub was wonderful. Only real complaint was that the pictures seemed to indicate that the hotel was ocean front….in reality, it is across a 4 lane road from the beach

This motel is a little out of the main area of Napier, but with a car easy to get around. Also located not far from access to main highway to Wellington. Room was well set up with small kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable unit. Very quiet room. Management were very pleasant and helpful
