Malísima experiencia vacaciones HORRIBLES

Pasamos calor para desmayar 38 grados sin aire, señora se desmayó sutura en la cabeza hay fotos del vidrio que rompió al caer piscinas en estado calamitoso lo único bueno es la comida,en un espectáculo con más de 400 personas pusieron un ventilador para el actor y nos derretimos del calor, patético y te cobran en dólares y como 4 estrellas deberían cerrarlo hasta que quede bien los ascensores casi nunca andan y bajas 3 pisos para desayunar la peor experiencia años esperando que mejoren y cada vez es peor..

Der erste Eindruck von außen ist katastrophal und hat mit den Fotos nichts zu tun. Die öffentlichen Bereiche im Hotel sind ganz schick und sauber. Das erste Zimmer war mit Abstand das schlimmste, was ich je gesehen habe. Modriger Gestank und das Bad verdreckt und verschimmelt, lieber hätte ich eine Woche nicht geduscht. Zum Glück konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer haben, das war ok. Das Personal war trotzdem freundlich und bemüht. Mit Übersetzer geht es, mit englisch kommt man nicht weit. Das Frühstück war auch ok, viel Weißmehl und Zucker, ist wohl eher landestypisch. Wenn es geht würde ich das Hotel meiden. Seit dem Bau 1930 ist hier nicht mehr viel gemacht worden, insgesamt wahrscheinlich auf dem Stand von 1970.

COMO HOTEL UN DESASTRE, COMO PISCINA TERMAL LUJO

Fue un Hotel 4 estrellas, el viento le voló 2 !!! si quieres vivir 5minuos el pasado siglo esta bien , ves parte del glamour, pero comodidades lamentables, si bien la habitación contra frente con ventanas al cerro, pero con TV 24 Pulgada de 1980, Ventilador de Techo a 5 Mts de altura, Calefacción con radiador de aceite eléctrico de 1970, frazadas de hace mas de 20 años , la cama King Size no existe en el hotel, El King se fue y dejo size solo de 1.40x1.90 ..es una cama de común , teléfono de la habitación al recepción NO FUNCIONA, baño de hace 50 años y mal cuidado .WIFI solo en planta baja, lo único exclusivo y rescatable las piscina termales con agua de mar a 34 y 38 grados, la del aire libre no la use por el tiempo ...la comida buffet normal , no wow que lujo , una fontanería común, en fin si quieres piscinas termales aguantas lo otro , pero como hotel ha caído en lo peor y si llamas 15 veces al teléfono por mas de 3 horas NO ATIENDEN ....repuesta falta de personal ...

Hotel velho, sem manutenção, banheiro com cheiro insuportavel de esgoto, camas desconfortaveis, sem ar condicionado, chuveiro espalha agua por tudo, menos embaixo dele, sem agua mineral no quarto e não deixam levar da rua, hotel sem as minimas condições de habitação, valor da diaria absurdo pelo que oferecem.

Decadente

El hotel se ve decadente, con signos de deterioro acelerado. Las habitaciones son muy precarias, con colchones viejos, sin protección (forro). La calefacción, se limita a un pobre y viejo radiador eléctrico. El personal es muy rudo y distante, parecen congelados en el tiempo como todo el entorno. El desayuno, sólo carbohidratos, limitado, sin imaginación. No vayan en invierno, Piriápolis se asemeja un pueblo abandonado del lejano oeste.

Pior estadia da minha vida

Essa foi a pior estadia da minha vida, o Hotel está em pessimas condições de conservação, para vocês terem ideia, eu e minha esposa preferimos ficar sem tomar banho pois a água do chuveiro não saia de maneira uniforme e suficiente. A televisão não funcionava, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas, mobiliário mal cuidado, prédio sem cuidados de manutenção, café da manhã ruim (os ovos mexidos não haviam sido servidos até as 8:25 am, então decidi terminar minha refeição e ir embora Infelizmente há momentos que o proprietário tem que entender que não dá mais e fechar (ou vender)… não sou de reclamar, mas a estadia realmente foi bem ruim

Gran hotel hoy un poco decaido.

Lo mejor son las piscinas exterior y las termales. de agua de mar filtrada; asi mismo el desayuno y cena son aceptables; el hotel esta con falta de mantenimiento en la fachada y las habitaciones, no tiene aire acondicionado ni TV pantalla plana....es como volver a 1985.

Pior não existe!

O hotel ser classificado como 4 estrelas é a pior piada que ja ouvi. O hotel nao é ruim, ele eh pessimo! Parece q foi feito em 1900 e nunca mais passou por reformas, tudo antigo e mal cuidado. Unico ponto positivo é a localizacao, pois fica em frente a orla, de resto uma lastima. Nao recomendo a ninguem, foi uma pessima experiencia.

Experiência terrível

O estado de conservação do hotel é péssimo, a água do chuveiro não esquenta, o colchão é fino e desagradável. Não tem ar condicionado, como a janela ficou aberta por conta do calor, fomos atacados por centenas de mosquitos durante as duas noites que infelizmente dormimos neste "hotel". Gosta de história, vá até lá apenas para percorrer seus corredores. Nunca cometa o erro que cometi de se hospedar neste local. Outra informação importante, é muito longe de qualquer ponto de interesse e a praia não tem nenhuma atração que valha a pena. Sou um viajante experiênte e nunca tive uma estadia tão ruim como essa.
