I found the majority of the staff were excellent. But the bar staff (not the manager) didn’t understand what is expected. Eg both staff talked to each other in their native language and didn’t acknowledge patrons who went to the bar for service. No eye contact or acknowledge that they were waiting. All the other staff we came across were excellent.
