Family get away

A great location with an amazing Apple tree. Clean was ok but cleaner when we left. It is easy to care for as there is no clutter.

Great house for family gathering

We have just enjoyed a week here with six adults and children aged 4, 2 and 1. The house was perfect for us with young children with cots, high chair, stair gate and changing table set up ready for us. The safe, enclosed garden meant the children could play safely. Having the children so well accommodated meant the adults could relax and enjoy themselves. Communication with M. Floch, the owner, and Madame Fleury who welcomes you to the house was excellent. The house is well equipped for self catering with everything you can possibly need. Piriac sur Mer is a great holiday destination with many great beaches within a ten minute walk from the house. Guérande is a delightful walled city nearby. Only five minute walk to the supermarket. Best rented house we ever stayed in -spacious and clean. We will definitely be coming back.

Très bon contact avec l'hôte qui était très prévenant et attentif à nos attentes, maison propre et spacieuse avec beaucoup de possibilités de rangement.Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur puisque c'était en novembre. Très bon accueil et maison bien placée par rapport au centre ,au port et aux commerces.

grande maison bien équipée

Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et la maison répondait parfaitement à nos exigences : la taille et l'emplacement où nous avons pu tout faire à pied.Seul bémol : les lits étaient en 140/190, pas idéale pour des personnes mesurant 1,85m, ce détail n'était pas noté dans l'annonce, dommage. Les literies étaient bonnes.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse.

Maison très pratique, très bien équipée et entretenue

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison très bien conçue et avec tous les accessoires dont nous pouvions avoir besoin (pour 8 personnes de tous âges). Elle est proche du centre de Piriac et des plages. Le contact avec le propriétaire et avec la personne chargée de la remise reprise des clés a été excellent.

La maison est top pour accueillir une grande famille. La Propreté et le confort sont bien réels. Parfait pour nous.
