  • House of approximately 50m² in a quiet hamlet with direct pedestrian access 200m from the pretty Toulport beach between Piriac and Quimiac.
    Ideal for family vacations
     Ground floor: living room opening onto terrace and small garden not overlooked, kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, nespresso, etc.
    Upstairs: two attic bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 * 190) and 2 twin beds (90 * 190), Duvets, shower room.
    Garage, barbecue.

Le gros avantage: la location de trouve à quelques minutes à pieds d'une plage (non surveillée) dans un endroit encore très préservé. De belles balades à faire en bord de mer grâce aux voies réservées aux cyclistes ou aux piétons. La voiture est nécessaire pour faire des courses. Le centre ville de Piriac se trouve à 8 minutes en voiture. En ce qui concerne la location, la description de l'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la location. Il faut être prudent pour l'escalier. Résidence très calme et agréable. La maison est bien équipée.

Petite maison bien située dans résidence calme à deux pas de la plage.Équipement (intérieur et extérieur) satisfaisant, dont un très grand frigo avec congélateur.L’escalier raide et l’étage mansardé ainsi que la douche étroite peuvent poser problème.Le jardin et la terrasse permettent de bons moments à l’extérieur et les équipements communs (court de tennis, terrain de pétanque et table de ping pong) sont un vrai plus même s’ils mériteraient d’être mieux indiqués (aucun panneau ni même d’indication dans la maison).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à la plage à pied dans un environnement calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin. Si nous n’avons rencontré personne, le contact s’est fait très facilement par téléphone. Au plaisir de revenir à Piriac! Claire et Robin

Entre Piriac et Quimiac

Tout s'est bien passé dans un environnement agréable et confortable; maison bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, la proximité de plusieurs plages fut très appréciable. C'était nos premières vacances "vertes", train et vélos, et avec les vélos, les courses et de nombreuses balades sont accessibles. Juste un bémol sur l'étage de la maison, déconseillé aux personnes de grande taille.
