Poor service

Check in a different hotel. Yes it was stated in the booking instructions in a small letter. Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos. Just plain low quality apartment room. I feel like I was ripped off to stay one night in such a shabby place for almost 400€ parking while check in was a chaos.

Casa Rosa est l’annexe du métropole…. Annexe veut tout dire…. Second rang … Parking payant et horriblement cher 20 euros par jour. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Salle de bain aux joints noircis. Accueil très moyen notamment le manque de transparence sur le parking. Salle de petit déjeuner = réfectoire bruyant ! Ne correspond pas au nombre d’étoiles !

Un hôtel a rafraîchir et une description trompeuse

Avis très mitigé sur l'hôtel : - Points positifs : présence de grandes piscines (la piscine intérieure est énorme en terme de taille et permet d'accueillir de nombreuses personnes / de nager convenablement), une salle de sport petite mais bien équipée, un petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux, literie OK. - Points négatifs : hôtel vieillot (l'hôtel principal a été refait récemment mais la dépendance où nous avons séjourné avait une déco datée, le système pour appeler les ascenseurs n'était pas centralisé). Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, aucun balcon n'était présent. Enfin, le prix du parking n'est pas de 14€ comme precisé mais de 20€ la journée (dans le parking public présent a proximité). La description de la chambre est au mieux trompeuse, au pire mensongère.

Grand complexe hôtelier, avec literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt complet et bon même si il manque souvent des choses. Le premier jour des baguettes les suivants très peu de pain, peu de bananes aussi sachant que c’est ce que les clients préfèrent prendre mais d’autres fruits pas très frais et peu de saucisson mais plutôt d’autres charcuteries moins bonnes. Il faut souvent demander aux serveurs pour débarrasser la table et s’installer car ils ont beaucoup de tables à gérer. Autre problème le stationnement. A l’arrivée on vous demande 20 euros en espèces pour obtenir une carte de parking (à mon avis l’hôtel se met cet argent dans la poche) nous n’avions pas d’espèces du coup on nous a accordé une place attitrée pour 15 euros par jour. Au bout de 4 jours la place avait été louée à une autre chambre en même temps. On s’est retrouvé garé sur les zébras. Ça n’est pas normal ! Heureusement qu’on nous a fait un geste commercial sur la facture finale. Les femmes de chambre sont elles très efficaces. Les piscines sont très bien et grandes. L’espace SPA pas mal bien qu’autorisé aux jeunes enfants donc parfois un peu bruyant. Et l’hôtel est bien situé proche plage et centre ville, mais loin du reste du pays si vous projetez d’explorer les gorges, la capitale… comptez environ 2H de trajet.

Esperienza molto positiva, colazione super, comprendeva ogni esigenza ed oltre, anche la cena a buffet era molto buona e varia. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, della piscina interna e di quella esterna con molto piacere. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottima vacanza!

Abbiamo prenotato con colazione inclusa ma ci hanno risposto che non era stata prevista. Camera molto fredda e, nonostante i solleviti, nessuno è intervenuto. Servizio pulizia camera scarso. Letti mai rifatti e forniti due soli asciugamani nonostante fossimo in tre.

Das Hotel ist in der NEBENSAISON absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Der Wellnessbereich ist geschlossen, das Frühstück schlechter als in jedem B&B (4 Sterne Hotel!!) und die Anreise gestaltet sich wegen fehlender Beschilderung und Zufahrt als äußert unbequem. Der Umstand mit dem Wellnessbereich wird leider nirgendwo bei der Buchung angegeben. Zudem wurde das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns jedoch vom Hotel mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück extra zu bezahlen sei. Hier hat uns Expedia zwar wirklich toll weiter geholfen, aber Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt damit nicht sonderlich erholsam, wenn es schon so los geht. Die Zimmer sind schön und einigermaßen modern! Das Hotel an sich ist sauer und in perfekter Lage. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte sich frühzeitig im Klaren sein, dass das Parken extrem teuer ist! Das Hotel wäre wirklich super gewesen, wenn das suggerierte Angebot zugetroffen hätte. Fazit zum Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison: Leider enttäuscht.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel (Remisens Ambassador in Opatija kann nicht mithalten!) Ausgesprochen sauber! Essen und besonders Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, könnte aber mehr Wert auf Bio und Speisenqualität legen. Lieber weniger, jedoch bessere Qualität und mehr vegetarische Speisen. Da wir ausschließlich Freiland- und Bio Fleisch essen, kam für uns das meiste nicht in Frage. Ansonsten top, ein fantastisches Musikprogeamm, täglich Live Musik zu den Sylvester und Neujahrsabenden! Personal, besonders im Speisesaal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach ein Traum!! Alles in Allen: sicher wieder!

Okay Hotel

Good hotel, pretty central. The breakfast could have had a better selection. Not impressed with pigeons flying around if you sat outside. Wi-fi reception was not great which was a bit let down. Had to check in at the hotel next door as this one had no check in desk which was a bit odd.

we’re feeling luxurous

It was a very good stay, honestly one of the most beautiful views we ever saw. We had the suite with sea side and we had 2 balconies. The breakfast was really delicious, there is a lot of choice. The swimming pool is at the other side from the street, a little bit strange but okay.

Leider stand nicht, dass das Restaurant und die Rezeption in einem anderen Gebäude sind (Haupthaus) man musste dann leider von 4**** ins 5***** Haus hinüber gehen und wurde auch entsprechend anders behandelt. Das Servicepersonal könnte freundlicher sein. Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

An amazing resort

Fantastic hotel, rooms were clean and modern. Views from the balcony are amazing. Staff were very attentive. The facilities in the hotel including the beach side pool, were maintained to an excellent standard. The location, although a little walk up a hill, was close to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely location, room was great overlooking bay, hotel was clean and staff were helpful. It’s very Noisy all night with pounding music until 4pm and noise in the mornings from maintenance staff and cars and motorbikes driving up to the front of the hotel and the casino which is next door . Sadly no cafe in the pool area meant you had to go out every time you wanted something to eat or drink. the main hotel had no pool service either so you had to get dressed and dry to get a coffee or a drink. Overall a lovely place to stay if you like nightlife and have rooms at the side or the back of the hotel.

Nettes Hotel mit kleinen "Fehlern"

Sehr nettes Hotel, zwei Jahre alt. Jedoch merkt man, dass es leicht in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Parkgarage, Verbindungsgänge und unterirdischen Gänge sind sehr dreckig, schlecht ausgeleuchtet und fast gar nicht beleuchtet. Leider ist die Rezeption im anderen Gebäude, am Zimmer liegen fast keine Informationen auf. Somit wird die Suche nach z.B. den Pool oder zum angrenzenden Casino zur Erkundungstour. Enttäuschend ist auch, dass kein eigener Strand am Meer zum Hotel gehört. Der Pool ist zwar eingezäunt und "leicht" zu erreichen, jedoch der Zugang zum Meer blockiert. Daher gibts nur öffentliche Betonflächen zum Liegen. Essen top, leider schnell aus, wird jedoch rasch mit Neuem Aufgefüllt. Spezialitäten wie Hai gibts nur in sehr sehr geringen Portionen. Die Chance einen zu ergattern, gleicht dem eines Tombola Gewinns. Aber trotz der Kleinigkeiten Preis/ Leistung top, daher wärmstens weiterzuempfehlen.

Newly renovated

The room was more than adequate but they gave us winter quilts for late spring. No matter how low we set the a/c we were sweating in our sleep. Everything else was excellent but I think above all a hotel room is about sleep.

Beim Service ist viel Platz nach oben! Ich hatte bereits vorab mit dem Hotel per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und gebeten ob wir (waren 9 Personen) die Zimmer nebeneinander haben könnten, eine Dame hat mir dies dann auch vorab bestätigt. Vorort ging dies dann nicht, trotz meiner erneuten Bitte. (Hotel war nicht voll) Auch beim Check-in waren die Informationen eher spärlich, wenn man nicht selbst fragt wird einem nicht viel gesagt. Zimmer war sauber und schön, bei der Kofferablage ist die Wand leider schon ein wenig starpaziert worden. (schware Striche etc.) Leider hatten wir im Bad zwar eine Badewanne aber nur wir keine Stange für den Duschkopf...andere Zimmer hatten diesen schon, Kosmetiktücher gab es leider auch keine. Service im Restaurant - stark verbesserungsfähig! Wir baten uns einen Tisch zu reservieren (waren 9 Personen) dies war leider nicht möglich, für andere Gruppen und Gäste aber schon! Kaffee zum Frühstück wurden manchen Gästen an den Tisch serviert uns aber nicht! Die Speisen am Buffet leider lauwarm sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Getränkepreise stark überteuert - 1 Flasche Minerwasser € 6,-- ist schon recht unverschämt, ebenso Wein & Co - überteuert. Wir empfehlen in ein paar Meter entferntes Cafe zu gehen! Wellnessbereich - stark renovierungsbedüftig! Man hatte das Gefühl, das sich hier einfach niemand verantwortlich fühlt, schmutzige Becken, kaputte Fliesen, kaputte Liege usw. am schlimmsten war das "Fuß-Desinfektions-Becken".

I servizi sono quelli offerti dal Metropol, in quanto parliamo ci una struttura adiacente. Quindi l'hotel principale è un 5 stelle, ma che pecca in alcuni servizi (SPA, piscine, colazione). In sostanza la dependance è una struttura più nuova, ma senza servizi (portineria, sale comuni, servizi annessi).

The Remisens Metropol is a very nice 5-star hotel. But the "Casa Rosa Dependence" can be improved. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and big but the pillow selection is particularly uncomfortable and no water heater is made available. The fact that there is no reception directly at the dependence and you have to walk to the main hotel if you need anything is not very smart, especially in case of bad weather.
