"Online info to contact hotel direct - very poor. On arrival, grateful to considerate receptionist for moving two senior guests to a room not requiring stairs. A microwave and bottle of cold water in the room would be helpful especially when arriving after dining room closed. "

"Good location to walk around near the marina. Like most staff in Australia, they are not big on small talk. Our room, we had to keep the drapes closed because it was in a major walk-way. But it was a good room and we liked the queen sized beds. Restaurants close early on Sunday night so get in early enough to eat at 7."
