"Jenny was a lovely host who contacted us by phone before our scheduled stay to share details of the b-n-b. Did we like the A2 milk which they sourced from a nearby farm? Did we have any special dietary requirements for the continental breakfast, and so on. Just generally we had a good chat so that it was a pleasure to meet her in person finally and to be greeted with bowls of fresh fruit from the property, and Jenny's sourdough bread when he say down to breakfast in the morning.
