10/10 Excellent
"The hot buffet breakfast was worth the stay, it saved us time while on a long road trip. We stayed in the suite with two bedrooms with a living room and a kitchenette. We were able to chill our water, juices and fruit in the fridge for the next leg of our trip & pop popcorn in the microwave for a late night snack. There was a TV in each room and the living room which allowed us to watch what we wanted. The AC units in the bedrooms & living room were quiet. Will definitely return to this property."

"We only stayed one night but certainly it was a pleasant stay. The staff we met at the desk was friendly. We had a nice large room and it was clean and had updated decor generally. The hotel seems to be in good shape generally. They might get some newer carpeting but it was a good place to stay when in Luverne. We would stay again."

Cozy Basecamp: Big Comfort in a Small Home, Perfect for Exploring SW Minnesota

10/10 Excellent
"Overall nice and we’d visit, again. The house was very cute and up to date with the inside. I do suggest adding a door to the bathroom for more privacy. That was slightly different not having it, but you can close the bedroom door. The following might make it odd as to why I still gave it a 5-star, but it was an easy fix for us to wash what was there. I do want to provide the feedback, though: I recommend a comforter that can be washed easier between guest stays, in a smaller washer. We did have to wash it the first night as you could tell it was not washed between - contained a slight body odor, however, the sheets and everything else were cleaned. This might be more of a property management concern. It was just a little difficult to wash the comforter in the small washer, and I was a little grossed out knowing it hadn’t been cleaned prior."
