The room was beautiful, nice warm reliable heating, amenities were amazingly maintained and clean, as well as in great working order. Receptionists were the most happy helpful people ever. Great place to stay

Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point.
