"Honestly I was skeptical about the bed, as it is just on a metal frame, but the mattress was VERY comfortable. The place was very clean and even though I did not need to use anything, it has everything that would be needed for making food and everything you can think of. Host was very nice and gave exact details on how to find it. I love that there are sound rules to follow for keeping it quiet after 8p since there are close by visitors. The only sound I heard was a close by dog barking. It was actually too quiet, so I had a little fan I used for noise. Small night lights were placed to see at night (and you can unplug them if you like the darkness). I loved this place and the views were outstanding! :) "

"The casita was adequate. The basics were there, but there are a few things that would have made this a more enjoyable stay. First, the roads in are all loose gravel and rough, as is the steep hill to the property. Parking is tricky and puts you at an awkward unsafe angle, so getting in and out is no fun, and dangerous. As to the casita- it has NO decoration whatsoever, which we found depressing. There is only one trash can inside, so we needed to devise our own for bathroom trash. I had to go to the store to get Kleenex, and a proper dish sponge since we wash dishes by hand so there’s something to eat with and drink from. The only television is in the bedroom, and I made the suggestion to the owner to put it on the large blank wall in the main room and rearrange the sofa and table to improve the flow and use. The view at sunset is very nice, and with a few changes, this would be a decent place. However, we will not be back. "

"Check in and check out were super easy. The house and location were great. The back yard is very nice and the unheated pool was a huge plus as outdoor temps reached 105 degrees during our stay. I recommend this property and would stay here again."

"The house and backyard were amazing! The host, Shannon, was wonderful and super responsive to any questions. All the adults and kids enjoyed the amenities. It’s like a mini water park! Would definitely recommend!! "

"Both the "agent"/cleaning crew were responsive and helpful. Hot tub was great. House was lovely and fit our needs very well. Location was excellent and the views are pretty sweet. Couple of nits to pick....it seemed that the dishwasher was struggling as we don't think all the dishes got totally cleaned. Also, didn't love the noise from the nearby gun range but I guess there is not much one can do with that."

"Perfect for our family trip to Phoenix. Lots of room and everyone was very comfortable. This is close to the Sonoran Desert Preserve which we explored while visiting family and plan to return to explore more of. We would definitely stay here again if avaliable when we return!"
