The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a very good experience.

Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,

Our entire experience at hotel was ok!! Tge staff assistance was unavailable!! Ask for directi on s to a point nothing needed extra towels for my room none was delivered I asked twice! Nothing!! It’s sad because I am a Hyatt member won’t stay at a Hyatt regency again very poor customer service not good Hyatt Ask for direction front desk receptionist advised that her manager printing it never received it I asked twice!!! Hyatt regency Barcelona tower I won’t stay there again and won’t recommend it!! Hyatt Paris France won’t stay there again smh I plan on visiting Athens Greece and staying at grand Hyatt hopefully this changed my opinion on hyatt
