"The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. "Overall our stay at the property and in the Lighthouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was very quiet so it was like having a private beach. The Lighthouse is small and quaint as described with amazing views. Having the Chrishi Beach Club (restaurant) on site was very convenient. There are a few other places to eat within walking distance, but the main supermarket requires a cab ride.Although not an issue for some, renters should be aware that the window coverings provide privacy, and some limited light protection, but not great. There is also glass block on three walls so when the sun rises, the Lighthouse gets light!We had a small issue with our shower (not getting to a desired temperature) that was going to get addressed."
