"Proprietária extremamente simpática e atenciosa, local bem agradável e amplo, pontos negativos foram: muitas moscas (creio que devido à criação de gado no local), problemas na rede elétrica (com picos de energia ao ligar mais de um equipamento e chuveiro elétrico com fiação queimada), e a falta de atenção dos caseiros, que não nos deram nenhum suporte quando pedimos lenha e nem quanto ao conserto da fiação do chuveiro. Ficamos com apenas 1 chuveiro, para 20 pessoas tomar banho durante 5 dias."

"This resort is a slice of heaven hidden away in Auguas de Lindóia. The property is well maintained and there are amazing mountain views and greenery and trees. There are two horses on the property as well as several outdoor areas. This is a place where you go to relax and escape from the outside world and recharge. The staff is amazing and Michelle and her team really went out of there way to try to cater to me and make sure I was happy. I am one of those travelers that can self manage very well, and if you don't need anything, the staff leaves you be and you feel like you are in your own world at this resort. This is an older hacienda style resort, so you are not going to get luxury finishings or upgraded amenities, but the rooms are clean and safe and very spacious and simple. Internet was excelent in the room, and breakfast was served promptly every morning and was clean and delicious. I stayed for 4 days and I would have extended for many more days had I not been on a tight travel schedule. But I definitely plan to come back for a much longer stay. They do offer dinner options, but I had a rental car during my stay in Brazil and so I was driving around and going out for dinner. There are many restaurants just a few minutes drive away, and the Thermal Hot Springs (Banero Municipal) is about 8 minutes away. Perfect location, easy to get to, and a wonderful time here! "

Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck."

Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."
