"Complementary breakfast "

"My only complaint is that this is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled like a dog had been staying in it for a few days. The room and overall hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Everything would have been perfect if the dog smell wouldn’t have been so strong and overwhelming "

"No toilet paper in our bathroom, we contacted the front desk and nobody even worked there. There was a sign hanging on the door. There is nothing at the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be provided and did not exist. No Internet the TV was nice, but it couldn’t work because there was a smart TV. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom had mold in it."

"The pool is permanently closed"

"Sketchy parking lot. Very dirty breezeways. Very dirty bathroom. Used towel in bathroom. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Was scared to sleep under covers. No frig. Do better. Lady at the counter was super nice. "

"Everything. Hotel is clean amd the staff is very friendly. Good breakfast as well. The woman whonwhos the breakfast area is alway so sweet and helpful the 2x we've stayed here. "
