"Hot tub not working we have stayed here several times but after sleeping on the fold out sofa my granddaughter had head lice. Not good! "

"Location was the best thing about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but dated. Needs upgrades. I didn’t care for the breakfast. WiFi seemed okay. It was great it had both a microwave and fridge but I didn’t make use of them. Bathrooms had only towels and soap - no cotton buds, shower cap or other little complimentary items"

"What a great choice in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. This is a cute hip hotel. Loved the bar, coffee shop, sushi restaurant and tiki bar right on site. They also had a bike shop and bike concierge. Within easy biking distance of lots of trails. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Crystal Bridges museum. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable and modern. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Needs updating badly. Walls are thin and tuff to sleep first night for a gamer who had sound up high. Manager corrected it. Still a musty smell with cigarette smell. Price was good just Wish it was more updated"
