Gorgeous renovation at this property! Just a beautiful room with a lovely fireplace, comfy couch and big king bed. We loved it especially the easy check-in and out. Would definately stay again.
We were in room 12. The self check in went smoothly with instructions given through email, the Jacuzzi bathtub was a nice addition, and the room was clean. They had a coffee maker but no coffee or filters so we couldn't make coffee in the room. Didn't meet or see any staff, but we did arrive late. The layout can be a little confusing to find your room and it is very dark at night.
The room was nicely decorated…it had a rustic cabin feel. The lodge is conveniently located off the main road and close to several eating choices. I especially liked the electric fireplace and large jet tub in the bathroom. It was a nice cozy getaway.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
the room was clean. My only complaint/suggestion would be maybe add a couple of more towels. We stayed for two days and there was only one towel per person for both days. Also, a dish towel would be nice.
Very spacious room had everything you would need for your trip minus a spatula😄. Close to everything shopping hiking eating or fishing .Love the trip and the room i will be back!!
Cute place. It needs a deadbolt and privacy sheers (privacy without blocking the sunlight), but the update is well done overall. This was my first time in the Pine Top area and my main complaint was the traffic. I was expecting a walkable town, but the traffic is so insane that you’d risk your life to attempt to cross the street. They need to implement traffic control similar to Ruidoso if they want to build a strong tourist economy. But if you’re looking for hiking and wilderness day activities, this would make a great home base.
Great location. Very clean and spacious. I made the reservations for the wrong week, but the guy that assisted me simply moved the reservation for me and texted me a key code to get into the room.
Hoghly recommend.
Very cute and clean room. The only thing I would recommend for anyone staying there if you use a blow dryer take one cause there isn’t one. That’s my only complaint/suggestion.
Room was beautiful! Nice not having to check in at the office. Only complaint is the jets in the tub didn’t work. Would definitely recommend to friends!
Good location, good room. Fair price. Driveway to the back was a little tight. Short towels on arrival - took 2 days to arrive. Prefer someone on site.
We stayed in unit 14. Room was clean. It sat back far enough that we didn't hear the road traffic. The table and chairs on the deck were enjoyed daily too. The shower looked nice and sprayed fairly nice but wasn't to user friendly. The stationary glass door was installed on the valve side,so you got wet turning it on.

Cute Little Cabin
We stopped here on our way to Las Vegas. The room was very clean and new. Smart TV was a nice bonus! Enjoyed the large jet tub after a long day of travel. You can sit outside on your porch. We did hear road traffic as it is right on the main highway. Dog friendly. There are places to walk your dog next to and behind your cabin. You do not check in at the office. You will get a room code when it is check in time. We did not meet anyone who was ‘in charge’ of the facility. For the price, you can’t go wrong. We went to the little ‘lake’ that is about a mile away to walk. Sadly, it is almost dried up due to drought conditions. It is still a nice park to get outside and get some fresh air and exercise. Restaurants are very close by.
Newly renovated room. Comfy and clean, nice settee and bed but no chair, only one bedside table next to King bed. No blackout curtains and we could hear cars zooming by. Not even a pen, paper or hangers in the room.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The rooms definitely look just like the pictures which is nice. The rooms were nice. The room was clean for the most part. I did find a bloody finger print on the outside of the back door which was a little concerning. It seems as if they are remodeling some of the rooms in the back. At night it was super dark and hard to find the entrance at night. There was no one at the office at all the entire time we stayed luckily we didn’t need anything but if we did I would know how to reach anyone since no one is in the office even though there are office hours but seems to be closed? Parking is a little tight. But over all we had a great time staying there. The design of the rooms was beautiful and had everything we would need in the room. I would book again.
Beautiful location in the trees, cute clean room. Only disappointment was no one on site and the room was switched from the one I thought I was getting on the site- no kitchen or walk in shower which we kinda need due to health issues
The room was nice and clean and recently upgraded...the problem was NO HOT WATER!! I dont know what happened but I had to take cold showers... not vey pleasant
The stay was amazing. The property was small but let me tell you the rooms were amazing. Comfy beds and the shower pressure was the best ever. Def worth checking out. A little hidden gem.
