"Rooms are good, staff is helpful and forthcoming. Airport pick drop was good and reasonable. There is nothing except your room, no reception, no waiting area, no lobby or any gaming area like pool etc. Very discreet and under developed area. Limited options to eat or go anywhere. "
"Quiet location, nice pool.
Free parking on the road.
Friendly staff.
Nice pretty grounds.
Good aircon in the room.
You need a car as a good walk to the village.
Access to the beach, short walk.
Room basic and compact but clean.
Sweet breakfast, nice homemade cakes and quiche's but needs more fresh fruit, not just watermelon.
Toast and hot breakfast not offered.
Option of iron and ironing board would be useful.
Towels and bedding changed after 3 nights unless you pay extra.
Small Patio...
"Fantastique. Ne pas louper car très bien. Plage à 15 petite minutes à pieds. Restaurant 3 minutes. Piscine très belle petit-déjeuner excellent gentillesse du personnel. TOUT est très bien. Je recommande "
"Sehr nette Begrüßung :) Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und genau so wie beschrieben und wie die Fotos auf der Buchungsseite.
Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Alles super, ausser ein Besen hat im Zimmer gefehlt ;)

"Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by. "
"Overall good, however the location means a car is a must! The rooms are clean, private but super basic. We didn’t realise when we booked all meals were included….could be clearer on the booking app. "

"I visited the resort with my wife and my son (15yo).
The resort is nice, the architecture is characteristic, small houses and not a big building.
The room was too small for three persons.
No gym (one treadmill out of order and few weights).
The Valtur animation was good (good shows after dinner and activities during the day for teenagers).
The beach (5-7 minutes walking) was too crowded, just a small area reserved to the resort.
Two nice swimming pools, but they close at 6pm.
The food was average, not bad but not really good.
The worst part was the "All inclusive" concept, it was quite vague. Just soft drinks were included, no cocktails (7-10 Euro each), and even more strange, Coke was included but Diet Coke was not. Not recommended for people visiting expecting a real All-Inclusive. "
Villa with private pool, 10 minutes from the sea, large garden*parking*BBQ
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community. The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach. Highly recommended. "
"The 2 bedroom home is basic but comfortable. The view from the patio is lovely. The area is good for driving either north or south or west. There are nice beaches near by. You definitely need a car to get around from here."
"We had wonderful time in there. The house is very clean, the check-in process was easy, the lady was waiting for us even that we were very late (has serious problems with car rental company).
The "rental" of sheets and towels is kind of unusual. I wish the price was simply included in the rental. Do people really fly with the full set of sheets and towels? :)
The first day we had a problem with small ants everywhere in the kitchen. The lady came quick and solved the problem permanently.
I thought it's not very clear from the description, but the A/C is only in the living room and master bedroom. It created small problem for us - I had to switch bedroom with my daughter. Other than that everything was perfect. There was beach umbrella and mats for us to use. It was very close to several beaches. The view from the patio is amazing!
Highly recommend!"
