"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. "After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did. When they called the hotel, they got another person who was present when we arrived who thought he could hold us to the not needed reservation and double book the room....
