    This spacious and fully appointed home is your resort home away from home. When you are not on the course enjoy: the game room with both Golden Tee (coin-operated arcade) and pool table, fire pit or relax on the custom built porch swing!

    This four bedroom, 3 full bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8. The primary room features a king bed and a large en suite. Your additional party members can enjoy 2 more rooms each with queen beds and a third guest room with 2 twin XL beds. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs.

    The Perfect Swing is built for entertaining! From the large dining room to the incredible outdoor space including a screened-in porch and a fun backyard with a sand box and swing for the kiddos. Enjoy a fire under the string lights!

Perfect for Pinehurst!

The property was perfectly situated for our US kids worlds tournament. Beds were comfortable kitchen was stocked. Communication was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Front steps need little work and hall bathroom sink drain needs good cleaning. We were well pleased. Location very good. We lived in Whispering Pines for25 years and was a trip to meet old friends. Excellentl. Your place was great and met what we needed. Front bedroom not used.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house served as a home base for a golf trip with me and three serious high school golfers. Great location, and everything was clean and in good working order in the house. We appreciated all the "little things" (extra towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods, ample garbage bags, etc.) And the pool table / Golden Tee were both a hit!

Great property, just as described. We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect set up for our family of 5. Everything about our stay was easy…which is so appreciated! Plenty of space for us to spread out, cook, and relax when weren’t at one of the wedding events. We’ll be back end of 2026 and will hopefully book here again!

The property was excellent. Very comfortable. Very conveniently located. The manager/owner was very responsive to questions. When we needed paper towels replenished they were delivered within hours.The checkout process was the most seamless that I have experienced. No stripping of beds or starting of loads of towels. No taking out the trash. Simply gather our things and get going. All in all an excellent experience.

Had an absolutely fantastic time is this wonderful home! We loved coffee on the giant swing on the front porch in the morning. We spent so much time on the back screened porch hanging out, having appetizers before dinner, doing yoga. We had 2 nights by the fire pit after grilling our dinner. We had S'mores for dessert. We took long walks on the nature trails that criss-cross the neighborhood. The location is very convenient to get to Pinehurst #2, The Cradle, the Village and Southern Pines. Pinehurst #6 is right across the main road! My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Our children found Reservoir Park nearby and we renewed our vows there on our anniversary and then went back to the house for a beautiful dinner they prepared! We went back the next day and rented Kayaks and SUP and had a nice picnic. House was nicely appointed and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved the pool table upstairs also.We are already planning a trip back in October to play more golf and continue our search for a second home in the area.

This is a beautiful home! Very tastefully decorated and homey. We didn’t get a chance to spend much time on the enclosed porch, but it’s lovely out there! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as well!
