Less than two miles from the Historic Village of Pinehurst. Stunning views of course No. 6, on the tee box of hole #10. Gourmet Kitchen with commercial gas range, seats 10 at the island. Fully remodeled home with all the amenities. Quiet cul-de-sac. Parking for at least 6-7 vehicles. Premier golf front lot situated on the 10th hole within walking distance to the Course No. 6 Pro-shop and practice range. Walls of windows define this home with ample opportunity to watch golfers all day! There is also 2 large decks for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Total square footage is over 3,700 square ft. First level has 2 bedrooms and one full bath and half bath bath with the Master king en-suite and double Queen with additional full bath occupying the lower level.
