This lovely 3BR, 2BA home is located 3 min from Pinehurst village and 5 min from the infamous Pinehurst 2 where the US OPEN will be held. This home is also located in a very quiet cul de sac when you are ready to retreat for the day. Pets will love the open backyard which backs up to Pinehurst #8 and the Pinehurst Greenway, which is accessible throughout the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, dishware, pots, pans, and all your cooking needs. The Keurig operates as a single-cup coffee maker, as well as a full pot. There is also a Nespresso machine. The master bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower with his and her sinks. There is a large deck fully equipped with patio furniture and a grill for outdoor eating. From the deck, there is a walk way that leads down to a huge stone patio with in-ground fire pit and plentiful seating. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and truly enjoying company on NC summer nights. The front porch is a wonderful place to sit and sip coffee while watching the hummingbirds gather around their feeders. This home is a place you will be able to both disconnect and re-connect.
The location is less than 5 minutes from the closest grocery store, Starbucks and local restaurants. Aberdeen and downtown Southern Pines are both a 15 minute drive. Ironwood Cafe is less than 10 min. This home is a true gem!

Wonderful Time in Pinehurst for the US Open

We had a fabulous time staying at the property! The house was perfect layout. It was very relaxing and quiet, very close to golf courses and the downtown village. The house amenities were the best we have experienced with a VRBO property! The host was amazing, responsive, caring, and offered much southern hospitality! We HIGHLY recommend!
