Beautiful "Up North" Beulah, MI

"The location couldn’t be beat—a block from the Crystal Lake Public Beach, which is our very favorite. The apartment is painted in bright appealing colors, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning (large room unit in the living room) was definitely a plus, although the bedroom door has to stay open to use it at night. There is a view of the lake from the kitchen bistro table window, which we enjoyed during breakfast every day. The apartment kitchen was very well-equipped—and we’re picky about that! David’s communication was great as well. Overall a wonderful experience."

"The house was amazing! It had everything our family of 6 (4 adult children) needed for a true up north experience. The lake was beautiful…we used the paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boat. Game nights were perfect in the dining area with the bench seats and big table. We used the Benzie trail every morning to get our runs in. The host was extremely responsive as soon as I had any questions. Our two shih-tzu’s had a great time as well. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!!"

"We loved the location of this house in downtown Beulah and frequently walked to places we wanted to go, even with a 2 year old as part of our group. The fenced front yard was lovely for the kids and we enjoyed watching the weather from the back porch. Our main issue with the house was the steepness of the stairs with two young children and people in their 60s. A railing on both side of the staircase would be welcome along with a gate to perhaps lock across the top of the staircase to prevent fall from the upper landing in the dark. WiFi was slow and spotty for us. I discussed with the greeter person that some regular cleaning on the outside of the house in the porch areas (lots of spider webs and dirt) and some basic landscaping annually around the front porch would be welcome. We would definitely stay again as members of the family really preferred staying in Beulah over Frankfort, where we’ve stayed in the past"
