  • Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront home located in the serene Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, this open-concept beach retreat features a kitchen with ample counter space — perfect for preparing family meals or hosting gatherings.
    Step outside to enjoy the outdoor seating area, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs, and private stairs that lead directly to the sandy shoreline. The master suite offers a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful haven with the sound of waves just outside your window.
    Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or spending the day with your toes in the sand, this home delivers the ideal blend of coastal charm and modern comfort.

    2K, 2Q, 6 Twin

    WHAT IS PROVIDED:
    Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
    Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
    Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


    PET POLICY:
    Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
    Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
    VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
    Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

House was decent but not great, considering the price. Maybe we missed it in the description but you can't get to the lower level (bedrooms, washer/dryer) without going outside so we ended up doubling up in some of the upper floor bedrooms. House needs some updating and cosmetic repairs, and has a very lived in feeling. However, was great being oceanside, short walk to the beach, nice outdoor shower, and lots of outdoor rockers to sit in on decks. All appliances worked just fine - not a lot of room available to store our food stuff as no pantry or empty cabinet space available.
