The property smelled of pot. My room didn’t but the room showed signs of how old it was. The tub was worn out and the handicap shower head didn’t work right. We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.

Centrally located "Perch Lake Bungalow" w/Hot-tub!
Our stay was lovely! Place has everything you could need and was nice and clean. Location is hard to beat. Hot tub was great too
