"Extremely clean, very modern furniture. Unfortunately the filter for the air-conditioning unit was very dirty, so no proper cooling in the room and the staff was very reluctant to compensate for the issue. Having a proper cooling is essential due to the weather conditions in Khon Kaen. Not sure if I'll come back here, only because of the staffs lack of servicemindness."
