"This is a delightful motel with lovely helpful staff. We were a late arrival and everything was well organised for us to pick up our keys after hours. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Can highly recommend this motel. "

"Lots of space but many marks on the carpets and lounges. There was tissue and wrappers on the rug (not vacuumed properly) and main ensuite not cleaned thoroughly (used soap left in the recess) and the floor sticky.Disappointing considering the price per night. "

"This property was perfect for us to stay at as it was in close proximity of our family who we were visiting for Christmas, yet it gave us the flexibility to come and go as we needed. The property has plenty of space for 5 adults. Owner Chris was easy to contact and quickly attended to any issues we had and graciously allowed us early access to the house as we arrived prior to the 2:00pm check in time. After reading other reviews on the property, we did think it was odd that there were only 2 face washers for the 5 adults staying, I had taken along a few face washers from home, so it wasn't an issue for us. Also agree with other comments and thought that the house needs a bit of a 'spring clean' as some areas needed a bit more than a 'regular' wipe-over clean. However, our family thought that the house was perfect for our needs as it was close to a mid-size shopping centre, grocery shops (Coles, Aldi and Woolworths), takeaway food shops and to our family who we were visiting and gave us plenty of private space to ourselves when we needed it. If we have the need to spend an extended time in Toowoomba, we will definitely contact Chris again to book the Ridge House."
