It is only a few minutes away from the town of Pilar de la Horadada and 5 minutes away from the nearest beach.This gated apartment benefits from full air conditioning/heating, secure reserved parking, WIFI, TV, fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a coffee machine and a microwave, access to 2 communal pools and children’s play area, sea views and a large rooftop solarium with Barbecue. Pilar de la Horadada is the very south point of the Costa Blanca on the border of Costa Calida, and has 5Km of beautiful fine sandy Mediterranean Beaches and thriving expat community. The district cover the beach town of Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmers & Pueblo Latino which come alive during summer months and are a very popular choice. It's memorable views over the port and around the landmark watchtower of Torre de la Horadada. The main town & high street of Pilar has plenty of shops and restaurants open all year and generally all speak English. One of the best shopping centres along the coast, La Zenia Boulevard, is less then 10mins drive, while Alicante airport is around 40 minutes.
