The communal pool is 20 m from the apartment. The apartment itself is located on a courtyard with pleasant evening lighting. At 250 m from the sea: beautiful coast, toys at sea, blue flag, tapas, night markets (summer), promenade, ... Region awarded as 'super healthy' and according to statistics there would only be 10 rainy days a year! Alicante and Murcia airports at 45km / 10 km. Taxi available: from Alicante or Murcia, € 40. Torrevieja is 10 km, La Zenia shopping (one of the largest open-air shopping centers in Spain 7 km. Pueblo Latino, the typical Spanish neighborhood at 250m, just like a sports complex by the sea. We stayed here just 1 night on our way through, but I wanted more! It is fabulous; beds so comfortable; nice community; close to beach. Don’t look any further, this is a gem!

Everything has been better than expected.
So many different places to eat going either north to the centre of mil palmeras, or south to the harbour - both about a 20 minute walk from the apartment along the boulevard.

La casa es muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario (incluso bicis, que facilitan mucho la movilidad por la zona), cerca de la playa y en una ubicación muy tranquila. Ah, y la piscina es fantástica!!
