"Lovely older cottage that's been nicely remodeled and updated, with newer appliances. Very pet-friendly and it was great to have a fenced yard for the dogs. Our Frenchie really enjoyed the "sunbathing" spots by the big sliding doors.The vacant lot on one side made it feel like we had a bit more privacy.The view of the lake is superb. Both the neighborhood and lake were quiet and peaceful during our stay - several pontoons and kayaks went by, but no noisy boats."

"If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! "This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. The lake is very "mushy" and not really swim worthy, but a nice view! The indoor pool is AMAZING! The host is wonderful, very responsive and understanding. Tip: Ask for the FULL list of house rules prior to booking to ensure all the rules fit your group needs. Would stay again, but unfortunately the price has almost doubled since we booked last year. Would be perfect for families with kids!!! "
