"Very nice and affordable stay at this old wooden house that used to be a shop. FYI: If you book double room you share the bathroom, shower and kitchen with one other double room. It was just us this time but the other room is across the hall so I'd expect very little noise from there. Breakfest is self-help but plentifull. There is sauna available for extra fee. We did not try it this time because we were too tired but I dare to recommend it anyway. Overall definitely worth the money."

"Communication was terrible. We are using an American Website to reserve a stay in Finland and they sent everything in German. Then we didn’t get the info to get a code before our stay. We went to the key holder location and nobody was there. I tried calling and he didn’t speak English or Finnish. He kept telling me to “send message” and when I asked how he just repeated himself. I tried to get help from Expedia and was sent to VRBO and then Interhome. It ruined one of only 2 night and I will be asking for money back. Terrible terrible terrible communication which ruined the experience. On the Expedia app I tried to get help the support person on the Expedia app said they were from VRBO and to call Expedia. I didn’t have cell service to call. Sooooo frustrating. Never again. "
