"The place is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The walk itself doesn’t feel very safe — we saw several homeless people acting strangely and even police dealing with a fight. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone, especially in the evening.We stayed two nights. The first night was very difficult to sleep because roosters started crowing around 10 p.m. and continued until morning. "Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...
