"Chambre beaucoup moins grande que l'impression des photos. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre et vu qu'on est en hiver c'était un peu limite. Fin de la deuxième douche à l'eau très tiède les deux matin. L'accès Internet ne fonctionnait pas, pour tout on était bien connecté sur la box. On a pas très bien compris pourquoi il y a 4 étoiles, il n'y avait même pas une boîte de kleenex dans la chambre... Une page A4 complète d'interdiction qui ne rend pas le lieu accueillant. "The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."
