The Staff was nice and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The balcony added a nice touch but wish they were more private. Shopping is close by.

Staff was great and the room was clean but the room had some bugs, the water wasn’t very hot even on full hot. Don’t think I’ll stay there again unless there are major improvements

We stayed 2 nights (Monday and Tuesday) and the price was outstanding! Both pools were very enjoyable and there was plenty of parking close to our room. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Fire pit was pleasant but limited seating. Location is central to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was minimal. They alternated eggs vs meat on each day of the week. Parking is cramped but adequate.
