We stayed five nights. Only blemish was two days in a row housekeeping skipped us. When we notified the front desk they sent someone immediately. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that they include breakfast unlike more expensive hotels. The breakfast was pretty good and had multiple options. The staff was also friendly and there when you needed them. I'd stay again.

although staff was not on-site at the time I check in, they answered the phone and got to the lobby quickly. They are very nice and helped my with simple cooking pot. Check out is also quick and smooth. The breakfast is simple but had hot items. Traditional best western hotel

Our room was clean and it was nice to have a small kitchen with all appliances. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great. On the downside-the entire area surrounding was not well maintained. It looked dirty and old. Our latch/lock was broken and we had to jerk, twist and work on it each time we went in. The walls were paper thin. We could hear so much noise from adjacent rooms especially above us.

For a little getaway to do a weekend trip not needing anything from a hotel other then sleeping this was perfect. We come to Dollywood once a month so we just need a hotel to sleep and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was so spacious it was perfect

Overall, we had an awesome stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with plenty of local places close by. The breakfast was great as well, which was definitely a plus. The only issue we experienced was with the AC unit. It seemed to struggle during the daytime and didn’t really cool the room down until early morning, when it was already cooler outside. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!
