The cottage features a full kitchen, living room with a stacked stone gas fireplace and two full bedrooms along. This cottage has an attached garage making it perfect for the car or motorcycle enthusiast. Located just minutes from all attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains. Covered front porch makes the evening melt away after a long day exploring this beautiful area.

Absolutely Perfect

This vacation rental rental was perfect. The home was tastefully decorated, had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. My sister-in-law and I go to the mountains every fall and will rent this place again. Even having the garage was a nice feature. Spotless and comfortable, minutes from everything.

Quick Family Getaway

This property is amazing. It was close to the parkway but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. My children enjoyed the pool. The cottage was beautiful and very clean. We will be booking again!

We spent Christmas at this location and it was wonderful. The Christmas decor and the overall condition of the home. Everything was great! Only downfall for me and my family it was near a cemetery, other than that it was a great location. Will stay again.

Excellent place to stay right off the strip. Fully equipped kitchen & grill. Loved that it has a garage!!! We have an infant and it rained a lot, so the garage really helped! Pool is 3-5ft so our non swimmer was able to stand up. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Place for Christmas Trip

The cottage was exactly as described and our family agrees that it’s our favorite rental and/or vacation destination in the Smokies! Location is perfect; home is nicely decorated, clean, and ideally spacious for our family of four with an infant. The management agency was prompt and easy to work with, and everything was clearly explained for check-in/check-out. We hope to be able to return next year for another stay! More than a cottage

The property is definitely more than what u consider a cottage. It has all the amenities of a home. I recommend this highly. You're very close to everything that the town has to offer. I would definitely save this as a favorite and when I return I'll look for this property/old mill properties as our lodging. The price was very reasonable as well!

great condo location in pigeon forge

great location downtown pigeon forge. Beautifully updated, clean, and cozy with alot of privacy. Gas fireplace was lovely. full size washer and dryer and attached garage was great. It felt like our home away from home. A bit of a bummer that the master jacuzzi/whirlpool stopped working and could not enjoy (while I was not feeling well) and the garage door opener was not able to be programmed for our unit but overall...I would definitely stay again if I ever visit the area again!

Near to ballpark and anything else we needed. Very comfortable. An easy chair in master would be nice. First sink in master has a serious drip. Front door handle keeps falling off. Pool very nice. A lovely little neighborhood.

Nice place but needs updating

Place is clean but can tell no personal touch. Towels need to be replaced with soft ones. The over all place needs some updating for sure, and the seasonal decor is poorly executed. The use of the garage was nice. The biggest issue for us was the internet was HORRIBLE.!!!!!! Forget trying to stream on any apps also. To us the kitchen needs more dishes and bowls for cooking. Very little accessories available.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Great location, Super hot water. Residential community. Several rolls of TP and paper towels provided. Lots of towels. Cons: Ants. Infestation. We were unhappy to see not only ant traps but ants all over the kitchen counter. We enjoy cooking on vacation and having an infestation put a damper on this. Window sills were dusty, shelves were dusty. Pantry door was very sticky. However NO cleaning products were provided. Which is odd considering the ant infestation.
