"The staff was amazing! The room on the other hand was not so good. When we first walked in all we could smell was weed. It had a bullet hole in one of the walls and the shower constantly leaked. When asked for some room spray the person had the from sealed handed me deodorant spray. On the last day when we asked for clean towels they had ran out and given us hand towels to use… would I stay there again? Probably not. But again you do get what you you pay for."

"Staff were friendly and the room was great. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding - probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - easy to commute between locations if you wanted to do both."

"The room was spacious and I loved having a kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is there really is no WiFi and The elevator is old and was having trouble. It should be replaced during off season. The ladies serving breakfast were fantastic. The breakfast offered was pretty good. Maybe fresh fruit like apples and oranges could be added."
