Welcome to A Cozy Getaway! Our newly renovated condo is located just one block away from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We're thrilled to offer our first vacation rental to you! The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a washer, and a dryer, while the living room has a flat-screen TV, a cozy electric fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa for the little ones. Inside our kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, including a Keurig machine for your morning coffee. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of The Comedy Barn, The Island, Go-Karts, and a variety of restaurants in the area. Gatlinburg is just a short drive away, and Dollywood is only 3.9 miles from the condo. Our location is peaceful and safe, while still being close to all the attractions. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat for a few days, but still want to be near all the area has to offer, then our condo is the perfect choice for you.

Great place in a central location!

We had a great stay in this well maintained condo in a great location in Pigeon Forge. The condo had everything we needed including washer/dryer and a usable kitchen. We were able to get to all the fun things and restaurants really quickly from this location. We found the space to be pretty quiet and had ample parking out front. As the other reviews mentioned the internet is pretty slow so bring your own hotspot. I think for the price it was a great place to stay.

Very nice and updated! Great location close to the island and within walking distance from a lot of attractions. One block off the main strip so it’s not so noisy and still easy to get out in a vehicle even during rod run! Definitely recommend staying here!
