Romantic chalet-style apartment, 35 square metres, sleeps 2, with a fully equipped kitchenette (kettle, dishes, cookware, refrigerator, gas stove, small oven, dishwasher), TV, hot tub, and sauna with chromotherapy for exclusive use, bathroom, linens, towels, ultrasonic fireplace, Wi-Fi, parking, and a private garden. Smoking and hosting guests are prohibited. For safety reasons, minors are not permitted to stay. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor wellness area for romantic memories, featuring a Finnish sauna and hot tub for exclusive use by reservation.<br><br>OUTDOOR WELLNESS AREA<br>Service hours from 1.7.2026 to 30.9.2026<br>Tre sessions consisting of one hour per apartment, for the exclusive use of 2 people with privacy curtains around the hot tub from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM:<br>First session from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM<br>Second session from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM<br>Third session from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM<br>The hot tub and sauna will be cleaned at the start of each session.<br><br>Hot tub use only: 30 euros<br>Hot tub and Finnish sauna use: 50 euros<br>Use of the sauna alone is not permitted.<br>Please wear a swimming costume in the hot tub and use a towel in the sauna (provided).Smoking is prohibited inside the sauna.<br><br>Since the facility is heated with wood, reservations for your chosen time slot must be made and paid in cash (a receipt will be issued) by 12:00 PM on the day you wish to use the service.<br>For guests checking in on a “last-minute” basis, access to the wellness area will be subject to the property’s availability.<br><br>CIN:IT025039B4CNT5ALC2
