"Wir haben in der Unterkunft 3 wunderbare Wochen Urlaub genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist immer wieder mal auf dem Grundstück und kümmert sich um die Bäume oder den Pool. Wer sich da etwas „großzügiger“ Sonnen möchte sollte das auf jeden Fall beachten. Der Weg ist aus unserer Erfahrung typisch für Häuser abseits von Orten und in den Bergen der Toskana. Ich bin aber auch mit einem BMW M440i gut angekommen und der hat nicht die meiste Bodenfreiheit."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Pool war so viel Wert und den Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool wäre schöner mit einer Beleuchtung. Tatsächlich müsste der Pool jedoch an den Rändern dringend repariert werden, da die Befestigung am Rand ein Verletzungsrisiko darstellt. Und ich gehöre nicht zu den Leuten, die auf so etwas sehr achten. Ansonsten tolle Lage, wie wir uns das in der Toskana vorgestellt haben. Bad usw könnte mal eine Renovierung erhalten. Und eine Bitte, reparieren Sie...

"Fantastic view over Tuscany hills from the hilltop. Great pool. Secluded place, lots of privacy. Kind people, very helpful if something doesn’t work. But electricity in the house is poor, cannot use airconditioning plus electric stove at same time. Internet is slow, but OK, this is Italian countryside. WiFi on the other hand can easily be fixed, and now does not reach all rooms, is unavailable in the 2nd house, let alone around the pool. The road to the house is hard to manage as it is unpaved,...
