The apartment is ideally located between Agosta beach and the almost island of Isolella (little piece of sea paradise at 50m!).
App. spacious and cozy 42m2 air-conditioned with a 15m2 terrace (additional room from May to October) from where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the sanguinary islands.
It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 1.60m, a large wall wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an air conditioning.
A living room with a convertible sofa / tv and air conditioning overlooking the equipped American kitchen.
A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and wc.
Wifi and private parking.
Sincerely, cleaning will be requested before departure.
Otherwise, fees will be applied (50 euros). A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested when entering the premises.
