Séjour sympathique chez Michel

Nous avons loué à 5 (4 adultes et 1 enfant). Le logement est idéalement situé près de la presqu’île de L’Isolella, à l’abri du vent. Michel est un hôte sympathique, qui explique bien les activités à faire aux alentours. Le logement est correct et la terrasse abritée est un plus. Je recommande ce logement.

Séjour à Pietrasolla

Le logement est vétuste et décrépi. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire usagée. C'est la pièce la moins bien du logement. L’ensemble bien que propre laisse un sentiment de négligé. Bref un peu cher pour la prestation rendue. Le propriétaire est aimable et nous a bien renseigné sur les coins à visiter La terrasse couverte est chouette, la maison est située prés des commerces de première nécessité et même d’un pharmacie et à env. 200m de la plage. A env. 20' de Porticcio L’allée du lotissement est dénoncée L’endroit est calme. Au GPS , il faut bien indiquer l'adresse complète, si on met uniquement le nom du village, on se retrouve en montagne.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par le propriétaire qui nous a bien renseignés sur les choses à voir / à faire dans les environs. La location est bien située, à proximité de plusieurs plages accessibles à pied. La terrasse couverte et le jardin sont très appréciables. Mais la route côtière située en contrebas est bruyante (en août). L'aménagement de la location mériterait un coup de neuf : literie fatiguée (lit double), baie vitrée (chambre lit double) et porte-fenêtre (séjour) qui ne se verrouillent pas, lave-vaisselle qui fuit.

Nous recherchions un petit coin calme mais avec plage à proximité, ça a été le cas, d'autant plus que Michel a fait installé la clim... quelle bonne surprise car il faisait vraiment chaud ! Pas de vis à vis ! Grande terrasse ombragée prolongée par la végétation Première plage à 7 min à pied avec jeunes enfants Les chambres sont grandes, grande télé aussi et le canapé est grand et confortable Que demander de plus ?! Très bon accueil. Certes la SDB est un peu ancienne Mais vite oublié par la prestation générale. L accès aux plages est rapide et a proximité, plages,commerces,poissonnerie. Activités, jet ski,plongée, pêche à 5 minutes. L extérieur de la maison est un plus et la vue sur mer.
