About this property

New beautiful villa, close to the sandy beach. Large terrace. Garden.

  • Location: Above Pietrasanta near Vallecchia is the new holiday house. A beautiful panoramic location offers ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday. From there you have a view to the sea. Guests have at their disposal the entire garden (350 m²) and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces available. Alarm system.

    Equipment: The living space is 110 m². The decor is attractive and offers comfort for a relaxing holiday. The house has air conditioning, washing machine and WiFi. From the garden you have access to the kitchen and living room.
    On the first floor there are: a double bedroom, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace, then a single room with access to the terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower. There is also another bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with a shower.
