Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Sie liegt sehr nahe zum Strand. Nur die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Migliorie necessarie
Primo sconcerto è stato come una azienda leader come Interhome proponga una simile sistemazione. L'immobile urge migliorie : non si riesce a fare la doccia perchè oltre a esser poca l'acqua l'impianto privo di rubinetti miscelatori fornisce acqua o bollente o gelata ; far bollire una pentola necessità un tempo molto lungo, suggerisco revisione bruciatori del piano cottura ; l'impianto elettrico forse neppure a norma con molte lampadine fulminate ; molti scatoloni sopra gli armadi,privocitofono

Casa rumorosa
La posizione della casa è ottima perché fronte mare, purtroppo però il rumore è molto forte e fastidioso a qualunque ora del giorno. Una camera da letto matrimoniale quasi inagibile causa rumore e caldo. Nella descrizione della struttura sono indicati due bagni ma in realtà solo uno con vasca/doccia.
