"If you are looking for a property with character, and a perfect host, stop reading and reserve the property. Malta is about history and atmosphere. This property is steps from one of the largest and historic forts in the Med. You can walk in minutes to either bay surronding the city. One side of this property is on Republic Street which passes through the middle of the city. It is priced resonably and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It is clean and eludes character. Highly reccomend!!!!!"

"The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious."

"This property was great for my family and I. My only complaint was that it was impossible to find. We didn't receive the real address until check in time. Maybe it was our cell service but we we're unable to find the address given. Once we found it, we dropped a pin to remember how to get back each time we left the apartment. Everything else was great- the property helped us with anything we needed such as extra towels and toilet paper. "

"The property itself was excellent. It is modern, immaculately clean. The kitchen is well equipped with two burners, a fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. "Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. All of the staff were super helpful. The rooms were very clean and we were able to choose when they were cleaned during the stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were a good size, and it was great to have a kitchen area and a living room area, but although both rooms had small balconies, only one actually faced the outside of the hotel, the other facing into a wall which meant that the living area and one of the bedrooms were quite dark, even during the day. The patio area that did face the outside of the hotel was lovely though, it overlooked a busy little cafe and we enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by. We had plenty of pillows and towels and the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers etc. Shower gel and hand wash were also provided. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but there was plenty and the hot drinks were very good! The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and an attached restaurant for lunch/dinner and a great cocktail happy hour. "

The price was very reasonable, and to our surprise, we received a complimentary upgrade which came with an outstanding view of the bay. Breakfast was perfect every morning — fresh, varied, and well presented. The service was second to none, with genuinely warm and attentive staff throughout.
