The holiday home/chalet also has its own relaxation area with a sauna, shower and deck chairs and a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. You can park directly at the holiday home.

The Schmittenhöhe ski area with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts is located directly in Zell am See, ideal for skiers and snowboarders. In total, the Zell am See - Kaprun region offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes with the 2 other ski areas Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural bathing lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido on Lake Zell in Zell am See offer plenty of bathing fun.
