"Tiny room, right next to a corridor exit door so we could hear everybody walking past and talking in the morning and banging the door. Asked the front desk for an extra pillow and another towel, told there were none. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, a hanger broke in the middle of the night and fell to the floor with a clatter, dust in the bathroom vents, and no parking spaces available when we arrived. It was all a bit shabby, for £15 less a night we may as well have went to the Ibis - it can't have been any worse."

"We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off"

She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling.
